I decided to work with Veronica because I wanted to get clear about my business and how to move forward. I felt stuck. I was super busy, being busy but not in a productive way! I knew my mindset was a big part of the problem and felt V could help!
Before I started working with Veronica I wasn't attracting my ideal client. I was really frustrated with social media. It was something I felt I needed to do but didn't enjoy doing. Therefore I lacked consistency. I felt like I never had any time and I was working really hard but not seeing any reward.
Now my client numbers have more than doubled. My confidence has increased, my belief in myself, my ability to get stuff done. I have always felt that I am good at what I do and that my message resonates with others but now I KNOW (through mindset shifts) that I am not good I am an excellent weight loss coach, with a multilayered approach. With this mindset shift I show up daily on social media, I have reignited my passion for my work. I want to help as many women as possible and I can only reach them if they know I am here!
The whole experience was enjoyable, it pushed me out of my comfort zone and really made me step back and think about my business from a different perspective. It helped me with my money blocks, confidence, and with my message. It also helped me to focus on what I needed to do to see the greatest impact.
V always offered a huge amount of support, logical practical advice and helped me constantly reflect on my questions. The fortnightly calls were great as it gave enough time to implement what we had discussed but I always knew I could whatsapp questions as they came up.
I liked the NLP work, the fact that V was firm but kind. She was direct but gentle!
If I could I would tell my past self who was considering investing in Coaching to do it! It will be the best investment you will ever make for your business!
