As a result of working with Veronica I built trust in myself (after loosing quite a bit of confidence in my previous jobs for various reason). I built a more positive mindset and I launched my first coaching package with new pricing. I also built marketing plans & started to show up online.

I came to the realisation that there is no right or wrong answer in a lot of things business related & that I need to follow my gut and try things. The coaching sessions helped me realise that hard times are just a "season" and they too will pass.

Two things stood out from the whole Coaching experience. One was the Business mentoring - it really helped me understand aspects of business and Veronica’s approach and tips were really helpful. The other was the Mindset work - both through the coaching sessions and your online material. The exercises we did gave me new perspective.

I am so thankful for her help! I love her energy and I admire how she shows up online, she is so approachable yet professional. She is also very honest about learnings and when things don't go to plan, which is so helpful when working on our own mindset as a business owner.
